Sophie Mohin Reisz is an oil painter based in New York whose work reimagines the still-life tradition through a modern lens. Inspired by the luminous beauty and symbolism of the 17th-century Dutch Masters, her paintings explore the quiet poetry of everyday life—transforming simple objects into meditations on beauty, truth, and impermanence. Drawing from her experiences living in Asia, Europe, and America, Sophie brings a refined global sensibility to each composition, blending classical technique with contemporary depth and emotion.
